We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website, and we do not collect any personal data automatically through your browser beyond what is necessary to process a form submission.

We process your data on the basis of: consent (you choosing to submit a form), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and providing the service you've requested), and, where applicable, legal obligation (e.g. compliance with Gas Safe or MCS scheme record-keeping).
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., who provide the underlying form-handling infrastructure for this site. Email notifications of new enquiries are sent to our Google Workspace mailbox. Both providers operate under their own data protection and security obligations. We do not store payment card information, as this website does not process payments directly.
We retain enquiry and estimate data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case data is retained in line with our standard business and tax record-keeping obligations. Job applications and CVs are retained for up to 12 months, or longer if you ask us to keep your CV on file for future speculative consideration.
