- Replacement parts, materials, access equipment, specialist testing equipment, parking charges, and additional travel outside our standard service area are not included in the call-out charge.
- Any additional work or replacement equipment will be discussed and quoted before we proceed — you will never be charged without prior agreement.
- Payment of the call-out charge does not guarantee that the fault can be repaired during the first visit. Some systems require replacement parts, manufacturer support, further investigation, or a return visit.
- The call-out charge remains payable where no fault is found, the equipment is beyond economical repair, access to the system is not available, or the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended work.
- Eco Care Solutions accepts responsibility only for work and replacement equipment supplied by us. We do not accept liability for pre-existing faults, poor workmanship by others, design defects, or defects within the existing installation.
- Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions and require the manufacturer's approval — we cannot guarantee acceptance of any warranty claim.
